Getting here
Rönneburg is in the Harburg district, south of the Elbe and about fifteen minutes by car from the Süderelbe terminals. S-Bahn S3 or S31 to Harburg Rathaus, then bus 141. There is parking in front of the building.

We answer written enquiries within one working day. If you have a live operational problem, telephone is faster than the form.

Does it really cost nothing?

Nothing. There is no invoice and no obligation, and we do not put you on a mailing list afterwards.

What should I bring?

Nothing prepared. If you happen to have a recent figure — turnaround time, adherence percentage, rework rate — it helps, but the call works fine without it.

German or English?

Either. Both partners work in both, and reports can be delivered in either language or both.

Who will I speak to?

One of the two partners, chosen by the area you name in the form. If it turns out to be the other one's field, we will hand it over and tell you.
